2. Delivery Timelines

We currently ship across India with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during sales, festive seasons, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

3. Payment Method

We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order's status in real time.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost in transit, please contact us at vedaglow.kgi@gmail.com and we will assist in resolving the issue with our courier partner.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. Veda Glow is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
