Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, only for the following cases:

  • Product received damaged or defective
  • Wrong product/variant delivered
  • Product tampered with or seal broken upon delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products (unless damaged/defective)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Change-of-mind returns

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at vedaglow.kgi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Since we operate on a prepaid-only basis, all refunds are issued back to the original payment source.

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within a few hours of placing them, before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at vedaglow.kgi@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
